Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, coaching history, client records, uploaded content, and account settings. This action cannot be undone. Please download any information you wish to keep before proceeding.
Delete Your Account In-App
Available from your account settings — takes about 2 minutes
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the FIT Africa platform. The process uses a two-step verification to confirm it's really you before any data is removed.
Go to your Settings
Coaches: navigate to the Settings page from your dashboard sidebar. Clients: go to your Profile page. Enterprise users: go to Settings from your enterprise dashboard.
Scroll to the Danger Zone section
At the bottom of your settings page, you'll find the "Danger Zone" section with the option to delete your account.
Enter your full email address
Type your registered email address exactly as shown in your account. This confirms your intent to proceed.
Receive your verification code
After confirming your email, we'll send a 6-digit security code to that email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed).
Enter the verification code
Enter the 6-digit code within 15 minutes. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Retention notes
- Data removed within 30 days
- Backup purge within 90 days
- Anonymised aggregates may remain
- Legal records retained as required
Can't Access Your Account?
If you are unable to log in to your account to initiate deletion, you can submit a manual deletion request by emailing us. Please include your registered email address and, if possible, any verification details to confirm your identity.
