Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

How do I invite clients to my coaching portal?

From your Coach Dashboard, go to Clients → Add Client. Fill in the client's details and send them an invitation link. The client will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

Can clients use FIT Africa without a coach?

Client accounts are created through a coach invitation. If you're a client looking to access the platform, ask your coach to send you an invitation link.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your account settings. The process requires email verification and a confirmation code for security. See our Data Deletion page for full details.

I'm interested in the enterprise plan. How does it work?

The enterprise tier is designed for organisations managing multiple coaches and large client populations. Email our enterprise team at enterprise@fitafrica.tech to discuss your requirements.
